A decade ago, we reserved some still wines from some of our favorite estate for a Cognac-inspired passion project. We meticulously distilled the selected lots, aged the brandy in 100% French oak barrels, and – after careful monitoring of its development through the years we bottled it. Each production has its own style and character.
