Winemaking SERVICES
Hands-on Project Management
We have built a quality team focused on the most important focus of each project: Quality Winemaking. We believe in the intimate relationship between the winemaker and the wines and provide hands on focused quality control at each step to preserve that connection. Each wine has it's own story and each winery or brand owner has their specific goals and hopes for their wines, we bring a hand's on, detailed approach to the entire winemaking process.
Estate Winemaking
For clients that already have their winemaking facility, we can integrate our team and make the wines on-site with varying degrees of involvement depending on each client’s needs. The estate approach is the best of what winemaking can be.
Custom Winemaking
At the Fayard Winemaking Facility in South Napa, we have the unique advantage of offering our clients a winery location without risk because we own the facility. This allows for consistent quality throughout the winemaking process under one roof and the direction of Julien Fayard. Here we provide everything from vineyard and grape sourcing to quality production and bottling with an expert winemaking team, as well as a comfortable place to host tastings for your guests.
Business Plans
Quality wine starts in the vineyards. The vineyard and the fruit derived from these vines is the fundamental element of quality wine. The Fayard winemaking team has vast knowledge of rootstocks, clone varietals, Napa Valley micro-climates and other growing regions including Sonoma Valley and the Sierra Foothills. Additionally, Julien has been the key managing person in numerous winery and cave developments from start to finish. Our winery development process is thorough and sets a winery up for functionality, cost effectiveness, production efficiencies and longterm success.
